From my experience with Clubhouse, I can affirm that it’s been a lot of fun interacting with my colleagues, peers, and other professionals in the real estate industry.

Interacting with influencers and other professionals has allowed me to gain a tremendous amount of insight in a short amount of time. Usually, you would have to pay thousands of dollars to attend an event with these professionals and influencers to learn from them.

The danger with Clubhouse is that it’s addicting and can require a lot of time to engage, contribute, and stay present with the audience.

Overall, the top 3 reasons why Clubhouse is such a great app is because of:

  1. The Connections/Networking Opportunity
  2. The Content: Access to elite business professionals and influencers
  3. The Platform: It allows you to communicate your message to an audience, large or small

Clubhouse is a listening app where you participate in conversations and contribute to those conversations.

You can host a room, create a club, or participate in a conversation depending on who you follow, what topics interest you, or the Clubhouse algorithm suggestions.

Use Clubhouse to generate leads from the conversations you’re having with your target audience.

While in Clubhouse, link your Instagram and Twitter accounts so that you can gain more followers and deepen your connections. For example, if you’re in a group with many people and you inspire them, they will want to send you a direct message on Instagram or mention you on Twitter.

Generating leads from Clubhouse:

Create a Linktr.ee or Beacons.ai account and add it to your Instagram and Twitter profiles so you can track the number of leads you get.

In a way, Clubhouse is like meeting people at seminars or social events. You meet people and can connect with them based on shared interests, and as a result, business transactions may develop as well.

Clubs versus Rooms
While a room may be a brief discussion or conversation around a topic, a club is more professional and organized around a topic or theme.

Moderating
✳️ Moderators assume the leadership role inside of Clubhouse. Listeners can join conversations on the “stage” to ask questions or contribute with insights, etc. As a result, there can be relationships formed, and deals struck.

Join my Club, Follow and let’s connect on Clubhouse!
